According to their insiders they did. Based on everything reported to be going on there behind the scenes and the political history of that program(big proponents of covid shutdowns) i tend to believe them. Balas(one insider) is adamant Dillingham and crew eere ready to go. No offer. Politics/interview blamed.

I haven't seen anyone else report this, and Balas is an unreliable doofus. I hope not. At the same time, it wouldn't surprise me either with the way people think in that town.
