Dude left LSU for Ole Miss now we have taken all their coaches and will take most of their best players in portal ha ha. He was a good back should have never left the good guys.

He had 119 carries at LSU in 2023….
29 total carries for Ole Miss this year, but at least he got to beat Tulane twice!!

They didn’t put “the backups in”, Lacy got hurt. If he stayed at LSU he’d have a pair of Texas Bowl belt buckles.

Well he’s about to playing a playoff game while our guys are sitting at home… it’s funny how y’all want guys to be “team first” but it’s now a bad thing when they give up PT to be on a better team.
Y’all will really sit here and shite on the previous coaching staff and say how terrible they were then talk about how wrong players were for not wanting to play for them.
“Kelly, Sloan, and Davis are awful coaches and they tanked the LSU offense!!! Lance Heard, Logan Diggs, and CJ Daniels are dumb for not wanting to play for them!!!”

He got his NIL pulled. He was supposed to come for one year and go to the draft. He got injured and decided to stay. LSU said not here. He had such a long recovery that he couldn’t even play last year and he’s pretty obviously not the same player he was in 2023 at this point.

That has absolutely nothing to do with why he left. He ranted on X when he was told to look elsewhere. And before you take up for him, it was the right call to part ways. Every back who’s taken rotation snaps here since his injury in 23 has been more talented and capable. They just played in a an inferior offense for an unqualified OC.
