I'm in DS and for knee problems, I went to Ochsner on Oneal at I12. All went well after injuring both knees. I've kept up with their suggested exercises at home, which helps.

not in LP but neuromedical outpatient therapy on harrells ferry road damn near saved my life. I’m basically pain free for the first time in decades

Ace PT in Walker... they prob have plenty of open appointments rn and not many non-whites to deal with
