There are statutes of limitations on immigration fraud?

This megyn Kelly clip discusses how ilhan omar married her brother and committed fraud to make him a citizen, as she was here as a minor with her father. Supposedly she can’t be charged for immigration fraud because of statutes of limitations. wtf?! However her father was never naturalized which makes her never a citizen and that’s how they plan to nail her.
How can we have time limitations on immigration fraud? How are there no other crimes they can charge her with for knowingly defrauding the government?

There’s statutes of limitations for her but they are deporting 50 year olds that have been here illegally since they were 3.

Her family was granted asylum and she took advantage of that and became a citizen like 20 years ago. It had nothing to do with marital status, but was because her father was granted asylum.
She may have married her brother and she’s a certified retard. But she’s a valid citizen.
People who think otherwise are as dumb as the people who think claiming Obama was born in Kenya makes him not American—despite his mother being an undisputed US citizen. Of course Obama wasn’t born in Kenya but even if he was it would not matter considering his parentage.

Go from the bottom up on that investigation in the streets & watch those low-life scumbags turn all the way up the ladder:
There is NO WAY she went from being worth $300-600k to $30Million without a papertrail.
