There's a recipe in the Mosquito supper club cook book that is for white beans and rice, but with the amount of water she calls for, it's white bean soup. It's good. I went heavier on the salt pork, and used an unsalted stock instead of water, and only used about 70% of the liquid it called for. I also added a little garlic powder and some thyme
