If and when Jose is traded, hopefully it is for draft picks and not a collection of lesser players.

Yeah we need picks back. The Knicks have a protected Wizards 1st that will convert to 2 wizards 2nds when it doesn’t convey this year. Give me that for Jose and I’m happy. Wizards 2nds should be very high and we could draft a couple decent players with them. I love Jose but I want to see him on a contender and he’s got a player option this offseason that he’ll probably decline

1st, Knicks couldn’t do that trade because they wouldn’t have room under the 2nd apron to add a 14th man. We also would have to cut someone or make another trade to make this work.
2nd, multiple teams are interested in Jose, we will get more than 2 throwaway G-Leaguers
3rd, there’s nobody reporting this supposed package, where are you getting that from?
I could see something like Robinson for Jose and Looney working for both sides though

I'd much rather take a gamble and go after a guy like Jaden Ivey with a package of Jose and Hawkins since it doesn't look like Ivey is in their plans especially with his recent injuries and Duren and Thompson's extension looming.

I looked up the Wizards 1st that the Knicks have. It won’t convey this year because the Wizards as so bad then it turns into the Wizards 26 and 27 2nds. That would be the 1st pick in the 2nd round this year and probably another top 3 2nd next year.
Give me that for Jose and call it in. Those are really good 2nds and we don’t have any 2nds in this draft or next years draft

We’re the worst team in the league, and Jose will most likely walk in the offseason for nothing. Get something for him now while you can.
Once Dejounte comes back there’s not gonna be many minutes for him between Fears, Dejounte and Poole.
