Has anyone bought their adjustable mx55 or mx70 dumbbells? Seems like good bang for the buck and no cage. Any feedback from the td fitness community?

I’m with you. These are on my shortlist when I decide to upgrade from my Corefitness dumbbells. They look promising.

i havent used them in a couple years but they are solid. Biggest issues with those is the plastic parts failing but that is rare in home setting

I wouldn't call their items a good bang for the buck. Their shite is expensive.

They are $849 right now which is cheaper than some inferior competitors. The Pepins are more expensive but are maybe more robust but also have a cage.

$849 for the MX is honestly a good deal for what you get.

Damn. Maybe I'm just cheap and/or didn't realize how much home fitness equipment runs these days.

Dumbbells seem to be the priciest piece. You want them to be adjustable unless you just have a shite ton of space but adjustable cost a lot. Then a lot of them are shite and a pain to actually adjust or only adjust in 10 lb increments or whatever. So if you want smooth adjustments and 2.5 or 5 lbs increments they cost a fortune. I've had a home gym for 4 years and still haven't paid up for a good set
