Well they have the same record, pretty equal on SOS/SOR, and Miami BEAT THEM THIS SEASON.
Miami should've been ahead of them leading up to it, yes, but the correct thing happened. Bama should've been left out and Vanderbilt should've been in, not Notre Dame.
Or better yet, kick out JMU and Tulane and put Notre Dame and Vandy in. That would've been a much better playoff.
