In the sky Southdowns area

I’m no conspiracy theorist by any stretch, but 10 minutes ago I was in the yard talking to my brother. What appeared overhead looked like the Big Dipper in the SW sky and then it broke apart and started moving in different directions. Some of the objects were brighter than the others. The general direction was north east.

It was strange. Most were dim, but a few were very bright. I’m assuming drones, but why ?

I’m not saying it’s definitely aliens but I am saying it’s definitely not the Big Dipper.
