In a section titled "Visa requirement," LanceSoft recruiter Riyaz Ansari wrote that "candidates must hold an active H1B visa"—and stated explicitly that American citizens need not apply.

The $60-per-hour role would be based in Santa Clara, Calif., focus on "technical support," and entail a 3–10 p.m. shift. Posted on Nvoids, an IT jobs aggregator, the ad described LanceSoft as an equal opportunity employer and said that the firm, one of the largest staffing agencies in the country, strives "to be as diverse as the clients and employees we partner with."

There's a little law wording that prohibits such behavior.

I get it. If I ever got an American tech support person on the phone, I would hang up thinking it was a wrong number.

Harmeet has been a studette removing all these federal restricitons placed upon police departments making it impossible to police. A huge fleecing operation where whole dei departments have sprouted with overseers. Ruined policing and funneled millions into individuals pockets.

Hell it was so lucrative the city of Minneapolis sued the DOJ to continue to be in the onerous program

This has been happening for years

IT consultancies do it with impunity knowing the DOJ and DOL won't do jack shite.

So surely we will see these IT consultancies who discriminate against US citizens prosecuted right? Right? Surely we will see it, right? It's been a year. They will get on it any second now?
