Zion has played 224 games with the pelicans ,missed 268. He makes $515,704 per game

Can you explain what exactly Dumars can or should do right now?
Obviously he couldn't have traded Zion before the season, because >80% of the fan base would have been mad (i know most of the people here preferred him to be gone already, but it's not the same for the casual fans).
Imagine also the criticism he would have faced if miraculously Zion started playing regularly for the other team!
So what he did was the most reasonable option - convinced Zion being in shape.
Now his hands are untied because everyone will agree (fans, media) it is about time, so let's see what he will do at the trade deadline, not 2 months before.

I took the percentage of games he’s played over his career and basically multiplied that by an 82 game season. When I posted this to this board I was downvoted into oblivion for suggesting he would basically repeat his past pattern. I said he would play around mid to high 30 games base on his past. He may not make that many this season
