Richard Anderson delaying his announcement apparently and a few recruits waiting to hear what happens. Any insight from board insiders?

I think he'll be retained in a non-coaching role. Working with the GM as a HS Recruiting coordinator and get someone else for the portal. Kinda similar to the NFL scouting departments
