US Astronauts fly to the space station on Russian equipment all the time
In fact... the launch I posted about a few days ago where the launch pad suffered a catastrophic failure during/after launch included a US Astronaut
ETA: in the time between the end of the Shuttle program & SpaceX's Crew Dragon getting human certified... Astronauts got to the ISS almost exclusively thanks to Russia

In related news, Tucker Carlson has just accused American astronauts of entrapment by leaving their sensitive documents in an area accessible to the Russian astronaut (cosmonaut).
