Our coordinators get poached lol

I mean don’t get me wrong Baker is a good coach and our defense was solid this year but it’s not like we were cream of the crop

Our coordinator turnover is incredible

Lane is a brand new coach. I’m looking at this as a clean slate anyway. New coach and new coordinators.

You have stuck out as one of the most horrific clueless posters through this process. Step away from the keyboard for a bit.

We get top talent. Top talent gets poached. Not many coordinators that are NOT thinking about that next step.

LSU's defense was elite. So many of you don't understand reality.

1. Offense was horrendous, and defense had to cover. They constantly gave back the ball to the offense (tied for 7th in the country in interceptions), even though they were rarely rewarded for it.

2. Took the worst defense in LSU history, and in 2 years finished top 15 in scoring and top 25 in total defense.

3. LSU played 3 top 16 scoring offenses, 4 top 26 scoring offenses, and 5 top 30 scoring offenses. Almost half the teams we played this year finished in the top 30 in scoring. Go look at the 14 teams ahead of us and find how many played JUST 3 in the top 30. Go on ahead and do it.

4. Even being without multiple of our best defenders in several big time games, we still finished top 15.
