Just wanted you guys to know we’re pulling for Ole Miss in the CFP.
It’s been 62 years since your last championship—which means the youngest player from that 1962 team is now 80 years old. Like our beloved WW2 vets, there will come a bittersweet day when no living member of that championship team remains. It’s remarkable to think there’s no color footage of an Ole Miss title team—it’s all grainy black and white, since color broadcasts didn’t begin in college football until 1964.
