Even if OM brass cave, the atmosphere would be way too toxic. Their own fans would boo him mercilessly.

Which is why I believe he'll not be back at OM. Now he might go somewhere other than LSU, but he won't be back at OM.

Until it's done it's not done. I've seen things go sideways in searches of this size when it comes down the stretch. I want Lane here, but there's always a joker in the deck who tries to derail things.

Who gives a shite about the jilted fans as long as the players are with him? Go win games while they’re booing. The fans don’t block or make tackles or score touchdowns.
