If lane keep’s stringing this along, how long does lsu wait?

Say he waits until after the playoffs. If he ends up staying at ole miss lsu would be in absolute desperation mode and whoever the new guy is would barely have anytime to recruit the portal. Could Kiffin be playing 4d chess to keep one of his biggest competitors behind the 8 ball?

I seriously doubt LSU waits more than 24-48 hours. They will start getting annoyed like Florida did and move on. LSU holds most of the leverage right now

He's already accepted the offer, its more about if they are going to let him coach a potential sec championship and then the playoff

He’s waiting for all the other good head coaching candidates to go elsewhere so LSU can’t hire a great coach making his job at Ol Miss easier

Hopefully only 1 more hour. Lane is a drama queen and the Tigers need to move on. A coach that has only won 2 CUSA titles is not worth this bullshite.

We haven’t got any other candidates so Monday is not a for sure thing. Now December 8th/15th? That could happen but if they announce a HC on Monday and it’s not Kiffin that means it’s someone on staff to just get a Coach in place which would be an absolutely terrible thing to do.

Until all the other prospects extend or sign with someone else, LSU offers Wilson the permanent position.
