No play sheet. Not interacting during timeouts.

Do you guys not see this??? He ALWAYS has a play sheet and calls plays. None today. During timeouts he’s just talking on the headset. No interaction with position groups.

He just made another coach go tell the qb something after the timeout with 4 min left.
