You just never know how the players are going to respond to all this crap. If Lane hasn’t told them he’s staying this could go either way.

I spent many years in Mississippi and have seen many strange outcomes from the Egg Bowl. Anything can happen.

And then I think about MSU’s run defense. If Ole Miss loses, it is 100% because of the week’s distraction. They should win by 30.

If he can’t win the big one with a superior team (and this is the biggest game in decades for UM) do we really want him? Kind of paradoxical isn’t it?
