If he was paid 5 or 6 million a year he would have some demand, but this guy is getting paid like he’s Ryan Day, lol. It’s insane.

Past record can tell you something about future success. He’s had a terrible record against teams with a pulse. His salary was 9 million a year and he was tied for #11 in pay of college coaches. Now he is making over $10 million a year. He’s around top 5 territory if he hasn’t cracked it yet. He’s not proven to be anywhere near a top 5 coach. Not even close. You want to make an argument for top 25 ok, lol. That’s maybe as high as he goes.
