Who is selecting the HC and by what process?

Is it the boosters? That seems likely given the losers they have hired the last two cycles. Yes, CEO is a loser. What sort of serious vetting was done with BK? Was it just what anyone who could have learned from his coaching record? Did they seriously investigate the death of that player? Did anyone ask how important his age was at this point of his career? How could the guaranteed contract affect his "enthusiasm"?

To me, the results speak for themselves. He did not even finish season four of a ten year deal.

If Landry, Rousse and Ausberry are directing this, Tiger Nation, expect serious disappointment. Can anyone with any sense truly believe that those three individuals have the wherewithall to hire a great coach and lead this program to a place that anyone would find acceptable?
