1. Wants to coach in ncaa but bigger programs won’t roll the dice
2. Has had a lot of success in Tampa and usf plays in the Bucs stadium
3. Would give recruiting a major shot of steroids and a lot of hype and excitement for the new season
I wish Florida would consider Gruden but the admin is too woke

You’re woke if you don’t think you should hire someone who got fired for racist comments to coach a team with a majority of black players?

Yes

Really? As opposed to just thinking it’s not worth it to hire a guy in his 60s with no significant experience in college football?
That’s worth alienating black recruits? Okay.

Gruden has not one clue of how the NCAA and the rules work. They would be on probation in 5 years

Gruden to anywhere is a good idea as long as you plan to never recruit another black athlete!

There are plenty of reasons to NOT hire Gruden that don't involve the email stuff.
-He hasn't coached in college since 1991.
-His overall winning percentage is .511.
-Yeah, he won a Super Bowl... in 2002.

Does theCAW typically support someone for a HC'ing position that resigned his last job due to racist comments?
Asking for a friend.
