Yes as to James.
Probably not as to Comey, for THESE charges. The statute of limitations expired on the lying to Congress charges in September. While the government gets an additional 6 months to refile in such cases, the case law suggests that defective indictments do NOT delay the SOL.

Yes, we did ask for him and many others to be held accountable. He had a friendly, corrupt biased DNC establishment connected judge dismiss his case. It will be appealed and will be taken up on appeal.
Time to hold the traitors accountable. One predictably biased/erroneous lower court ruling won't change that.

The joke is on us. This was never real to begin with but another dummie court and case, a fake prosecution from the get go. Comey knew this was just a charade just as the Mustachioed warmonger guy knows nothing will happen to him, just like no Eppy pdf would be released.
But why go the Kabuki Theater route at all?
(Are you confused and upset? A bit traumatized? Demoralized and losing confidence in the political justice system and Trump? Then maybe you are the target of misdirection & psyoptheater.)
