Kiffin to LSU in 2025 ? Kiffin to Bama in 2027 ?

I think Lane is LSU's next head coach. The Tigers will never have to watch an offensive abomination like they saw last night so long as Kiffin is manning the sideline at TS. But DeBoer's days in Tuscaloosa are numbered. I think Kalen has ~2 more seasons as the Crimson Tide's head man. If Bama calls Sexton he's going to push Lane their way. That's his job as his agent. Congrats again as I do think the Tigers have their man.

LSU and Bama are similar in HC’ing jobs and status in CFB
Remove Saban from your feelings and the programs are similar with Bama having certain edges and LSU having some.
NIL is the reason

You’ll be competing with State again in no time. Keep your head up.

Correct
But only one school can be the top job in college football.

Nah, Bama already has Bear Bryant & Nick Saban
Kiffin will build his own legacy at LSU

He’s a character and a brand.
Les Miles was similar but obviously social media wasn’t what it is now. Les built his brand while coaching at LSU. Lane’s brand has been established for almost a decade now.

Bama is a better job than LSU because you own the SEC office

Correct, and that's why it's UGA.

UGA is not the top job in college football. There’s Bama and then everyone else. My rankings would be:
Bama
Ohio State
LSU
Texas
UGA
You could argue 3-5 are interchangeable but I’d disagree with it. The big shake up has been in the 8-25 range due to NIL. Ole Miss was a top 25 job in 2019 but it’s absolutely a top 15 job now. Several Big 12 schools and ACC schools have dropped in the rankings. USCw is barely a top 10 job now and I honestly think Clemson has fallen out of the top 10 at this point. Replaced by the likes of aTm and Oregon.

God the bama bitch syndrome in this fanbase should be studied by science

Not sure how much he liked Tuscaloosa from his time there but there’s no reason to leave LSU for Bama. If you’re good you can win a championship at either.

Exactly, except for the number of National Championships, all time wins and bowls, All Americans, drafts picks, history and that pesky over 60% win percentage over Lsu… but yeah other than that, totally similar.

No one cares what happened in 1960. LSU has probably the best talent base of any job in the country and has good support.

True, Alabama has been very mediocre since the ‘60’s.
