How much rice in your boudin?

I have seen all kinds of different ratios of meat to rice in various boudin recipes and was wanting to know yours. I just made a batch that had 4ish lbs pork and 1 lb chicken liver. Once ground with the veg and broth added in, I added 12 cups of cooked rice. It was great, and I think a good ratio. So whats your ratio? Mine is 12 cups per 5 lbs meat. Thanks.

I use a 2:1 , meat to rice ratio.
25 lbs. pork roast
2 lbs. pork liver (optional)
6 medium yellow onions, chopped
2 cups finely chopped Italian parsley
4 cups chopped green onions
10 cloves of garlic, minced
12 cups cooked rice
1 lb. of my own Boudin seasoning
5-6 Bay Leaves

I just eyeballed the rice, I think I cooked 2 maybe 3 pounds of rice but did not end up using all of it. 2:1 sounds about right.

I do 2 lb of uncooked rice per 10-12 lb bone-in Pork Butt. I do not know what that comes out to cup wise. Also 1 lb of pork liver per butt
