Sounds like a done deal

I’ll never claim to be in the know, but I have a friend that works in sports admin and 2 others that donate a lot of money to LSU and I have received texts from all of them tonight saying it is a done deal. This was sent to me without asking for info. I think we have our guy.

They read tigerdroppings too. I’ve sent texts to all 2 of my friends letting them know that Lane’s coming.

I don’t read tigerdroppings a lot but I received this info the first time around 3pm today. Maybe you all would know when TD got the news… I’m interested myself.

It was pretty quiet around 3 pm. A few things early this morning, then tonight went bonkers at 10:15

Celebrating early is a fools errand.
Is anyone aware of any of our past coaching searches and how they played out? I can't remember the last time we hired the #1 guy on our coaching wish list.

My life experience tells me that being cocky, talking shite, celebrating and envisioning the future rainbow sky typically blows up in your face. Don't take the cheese. Be patient, and wait for the announcement.
