This hit the headlines yesterday.
What unconstitutional orders have been given? And even if you thought that, would not that require judicial review?
Are they really encouraging US military personnel to disobey orders?
What are these actions against US citizens?

That's going to get a some servicemembers in deep doo doo.
Yeah, you can refuse an illegal order. But you better be damn sure it violates the UCMJ and/or take it through the JAG's office first.
Because if you are wrong, or just want to part of the sham 'resistance' (which only serves to give politicians more power to hold on to) you just might find yourself in Leavenworth.
Deciding on your own that the CiC can't federalize the NatGuard or send in Armed Forces (see Central HS in Little Rock, 101st) to protect federal property or enforce federal law against a recalcitrant local or state government is not a good life choice.
If we went by the Marxocrats current philosophy schools in the south would have never been integrated (because the Dems refused) and the British would have never been able to interdict the slave trade on the high seas.
I think I see a pattern.
