I for one am extremely excited at the opportunity of him at the helm.
Tiger fans need to welcome him. Too many on here bitch about his record, antics, blah blah blah. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity. If Lane takes it, he could put himself in the record books and surpass Lord Saban.

A head coach hasn’t “left us” in over 20 years and I have no idea how long it was prior to Saban.
