He is a good choice if you go the coordinator route

Baker has a lot of upside potential, LA ties and the obvious familiarity with the program. However, if we are going to go the coordinator route, we can do a little better. Glen Schumann has been at Bama and UGA under Saban and Smart for title runs. He has a level of seasoning for a relatively young DC that can really only be matched by Lanning before he took the Oregon job.
