A- I think he is the right man for the job. I think he has us in the playoffs in year 3 ( hopefully next year) only thing he has messed up on is not starting Tyler earlier

About 350 .
In seriousness, B-
Room for improvement. But team is mostly competitive outside a blowout or two.
Better pieces and out of salary cap hell, ill think he will do better

Just for the fact that the players, whoever they are, seem to play hard for him. A solid

Regardless of wins and losses he is now finding out if Shuck can be the guy?
I’d give him an A
solely based on the fact that this team has no quit. Every player is still happy even though there has been a couple of trades that they would chirp about. But they didn’t.
Playing hard every single game.
No negative news or players complaining.
He has this team competing to win jobs without any drama.
This speaks volumes on how they respect his process. No hard feelings.
The team has all bought into his vision. It’s undeniable.
To me. The above motions is way more important in year one than winning games.
This team loves his scheme and his style. That’s what he needed to establish in year one. Not wins. Just culture. Next year is gonna be fricking awesome if Shuck turns out to be his guy. CKM is going to make Loomis and Gayle irrelevant.
Basically he will be CSP and call all the shots once he proves he is the one in control.

Lets wait and grade him based on if he apologizes for what he will do to Atlanta

D.
Guy has won 2 games. If you’re giving him an A or B you are not grading his performance but your perception of his potential.
He did start a clearly inferior Rattled way too long.
He deserves maybe two years of rebuilding before the knives come out.

D. Offense is his specialty and we're the second worst scoring team behind the Titans. The team has looked undisciplined. The saving grace is making the move to Shough otherwise this would be an F season.

I think it's impossible to grade. We're reviewing the outline. I'd say it's encouraging with a lot of potential; it's going to be a matter of whether he can put it all together as the process unfolds.

I think a B- to a C. This team has basically zero playmakers and he has gotten two wins and has been competitive besides a few games. He is a rookie coach so growing pains are expected. Oline is not great at all as well. Worst thing he does is time management but that will come with time (I hope.)

This season is playing out exactly as it should. Lose a lot, but show some life in the process. Nothing but positive vibes regarding Moore and his projection as we get more talent in the door. I give him an A just for those reasons. Getting two wins with a third preseason game roster is commendable.

I'm grading his performance.
With the shitiest roster in modern football history.
The fact this franchise won a single game this year is a miracle.
