Does your company have one? Mine now does. Got to hear about it last week in our quarterly meeting from the safety manager of all people! LOL.

He's standing in front of roughly 100 employees telling us to not argue or fight or get physical but don't help, don't answer questions, and don't let them beyond the lobby which is the only public space unless they have a judicial warrant. He was emphasizing this public vs private space argument. Said if our gate is closed then the entire property becomes private. He said they were having signs made up stating such. The owner, who turns out is liberal, asked if being in a company truck is considered private property and he answered yes. As if an illegal couldn't get yanked from a company truck in public. Like that's some form of protection.

He was also saying ICE couldn't just show up on a jobsite and enter the building without the owners permission.

They kept emphasizing their caring about the safety of our employees. Telling them what documents to carry, having emergency contact lists, etc. Most of these guys are Hispanic construction workers. Ownership must know they have some illegals on hand.

I couldn't believe I was hearing all this garbage.

It would be funny as hell if ICE showed up for the next quarterly meeting.

Might be time to phone in a tip.

Just don’t do it on a company line or line that might be traceable to you.

Also, find out if you are eligible for a reward, that might have to be your Christmas bonus if your company gets popped for having too many Messicanos on the payroll.

Congress should establish steep fines for companies hiring illegal workers or illegal contractors that provide invalid Social Security or work id numbers.

The first thing would be to arrest and prosecute the politicians in the sanctuary cities that enabled the illegals to live a normal life and give them handouts. Once you shut that down and throw the political filth in jail for violations of federal law the rest will take care of itself.

ICE would be a glorified UBER service if Congress held the companies criminally liable for hiring illegals instead of just the person.

Put consequences on the employer and this all goes away.

Instead the DNC wants votes and the CoC wants cheap indentured workers so we get what we currently have.

Going after employers would go a long way towards stopping this, but we also have to go after government money going to illegals, and I assume some of these are coming here exclusively to do crime.

The world is driven by incentives.

As you outlined the more incentives there are to leave and the fewer incentives there are to stay the issue will rapidly resolve itself.

Remember when the left said that silence and inaction was complicity?

But now that it comes to enforcing federal law against illegal invaders, silence and inaction are the only course of action. Thick irony is thick.

I heard last night that the local Hispanic community had cancelled a festival they've had for a dozen or so years, because they feared an ICE raid.
I had to suppress a smile.

Sounds like the liberal owner doesn't want ICE running off with his slaves.
