Creatine for 40+ yr old woman

Any thoughts on a woman upping her usual dosage of 5 grams up to 9 grams per day?
The goal is to big better muscle definition.
Iifts free weights 5 days per week.

I've been doing two heaping scoops, one each at about 7am and 12pm'ish most days.. 42F.

I'm mainly doing it for the energy and clarity... although with improved energy and clarity I hope to get back into some fitness and weights.

Only side effect I've had is a bit of bloat and gas.

Get her hormones checked. May benefit from low dose testosterone

To the 42 year old female, have you noticed any symptoms of perimenopause and if so, have you done anything about it?

My wife is 45 and it started earlier this year. For OB/GYN just plays it off and said she’s fine yet has never got numbers checked. She told her numbers fluctuate every day so it’s pointless.
