Easy way to solve this problem AND cut the crime rate massively in this country in one step - require everyone receiving entitlement payments from the federal government to get their tubes tied or snipped. There is no constitutional right to bearing children or getting money from the government. Make a choice.

Yet the population of Louisiana isn’t growing. If you support closing off the option of abortion as I do then I would suggest you try to think of ways of helping these new mothers.
These kids need to be brought in an environment that teaches them right from wrong that is free of violence and crime. With that alone there is no end to the good they can do. If not we don’t help socialize these kids then they end up on the news, in the morgue or in prison.
