Meh...
Most homeless on the streets are mentally ill or on drugs or both. People homeless due to economic circumstances ask and receive help including shelter and food.
The charity videos on social media of buying happy meals for homeless people is low hanging fruit for views and clicks. They don't actually care about homeless drug addicts. This is making fun of those attention whores trying to profit off of homeless people.
