Planning a trip to Lake Tahoe for my girlfriend and me in June 2026. Any must-dos? Good spots to stay, eat, hike, or swim?

Hike Mt. Tallac by fallen leaf lake. Assuming its accesible in June. I don't rembember what month I hiked it.

The Landing hotel. On the south shore. Right on the state line. Walkable to Heavenly resort and downtown.

Hike Upper Eagle Falls to Eagle Lake. Easy enough hike with an amazing lake. We brought some lunchables and chips and had a little picnic. Was likely one of our favorite parts of Lake Tahoe.

My wife and I stayed at the Edgewood Tahoe in September and it was amazing. Beautiful property right on the lake. Highly recommend.
