They don’t involve OMB! that’s why there’s no outrage

Don't requests cost a minimum of 500k per ask per senator now?

Just so we know the score, 90% of sex abuse claims against Catholic clergy were from before 1975. That's 450 claims in the last 50 years. And nearly all of the acused are either dead or disrobed and/or in jail.

The church with the most attention in this regard is less guilty than congress and public school teachers in the year of our Lord 2025.

Just a random factoid to chew on.

It's apparently very bad among school teachers and that is a bridge nobody is apparently wanting to cross. Here locally, just a couple months ago, some dude killed a mother and father at a state park. They were out hiking with their two little girls. He was apparently wanting to go after the kids, but the mother got them to safety before going back to help her husband and she was killed too. He was a school teacher who had just moved to town. He had a history of being inappropriate with kids he was supposed to be teaching at multiple different schools in multiple different states.

It's one of those things they sweep under the rug. The teachers are just reassigned somewhere else it seems.

I'm down for diverse hangings of child abusers. Put a priest next to a pastor next to a teacher next to a senator on the gallows. Humanity is the religion of not hurting kids.
