His letter said he was open to coming up with a number
Now 25 mil is rejected
Again 30 mill rejected.

His contract is a guarantee of income. He could make us pay him his salary until the contract expires.
Hopefully he'll take an accelerated payoff for a lower total amount.

He was a failure and he knows it. While he might have legal grounds for a full settlement he knows he doesn’t deserve it. Screw him.
