Never understood refund the police but I get it now. If your policy is to put criminals right back on the street, arresting them is a waste of time and money. Just save the money and let them continue murdering, raping and abusing children. Guess it makes sense if you are a Democrat.

You’re trying to assign some sort of logic or reasoning to it. There is none.

Regarding police and defund/refund. I am now looking forward to
talks about a "rebate". In particular, thinking of those early 80s Intellivision 50 dollar rebates.
