I will give them a lot of credit, this has just been terrific. When they announced this I honestly had no idea what format would work and actually be interesting but they nailed it

Riggs had the advantage on team selection and blew it. He should have put the duke and his partner out in the throw away match first. His main line teams should have been

Chazz/George
Steele/Cole
Kyle/Gabby.

If Frankie puts up Bubbie/Mo in match 2, any of those 3 has a big advantage. In match 2 and 4 he can set up a win pretty easily

Brad is playing at a level these days that any partner that can keep it in play gives them an advantage over any team that wasn’t George/Steele or Cole, and you don’t go strength vs strength unless you must.

Me too, although 4 person alternate shot as the tiebreaker was interesting as a possibility. I think if Dave had any inkling this was going to draw the kind of views it has he’d have said when Bubbie said no to 250k he wouldn’t do it for a million he’d have said “ok it’s a million, still going to say no?” I think the team would have ramped up the pressure to play for it.

It’s going to be interesting as to who the captains are. Team selection will be critical given what is left.

Brad/Finch almost have to be the captains. The only other option I see is maybe Francis/Frankie

Whoever has the 4/5 pick is probably getting stuck with DoD, who aggravates any teammate he has. Pair that idiot with Bubbie or Mo who would probably kill him by hole 5. Which would be must see tv.
