How do they count players who transfer? Is Hurts being counted for Bama or OU? What about Baker?

As usual with these "NFL blah blah blah by College" lists, Cal is an outlier because of Rodgers and Goff. Soon Rodgers will be gone and Cal will no longer be on these lists. We had quite a good run with prominent NFL players produced by Tedford. Those days are long past.
