Imo, this was the single biggest "slam dunk" action that exposed the massive overreach by the Biden/Garland/Wray regime against, at that time, former President Trump.
But, that's my take. Does anybody think that the raid was justified?

Any honest person knows the raid on Mar A Lago was absolutely political and it carried out by a corrupt and illegitimate regime.
Never forget what Rachel Sadcow told her viewers in the spring of 2022.....if Trump would have gone away none of the shite coming down on him would be happening....kinda like Schmuckey's warning to Trump of the FBI/CIA having 6 ways to Sunday to get even with anyone who messes with them.

This is one of those situations where it was difficult to tell if Trump was being picked on just for being Trump or whether he was an obstinate and reckless idiot. I did think it was probably the strongest of the cases against him, which is funny because that is the one he got kicked. And the most corrupt, weakest one they turned into a conviction.

They tried to throw Trump in prison on multiple occasions
They ruined the lives of hundreds of people through lawfare since 2016.

The usual.suspects here make light of Matt Gaetz, but the corrupt Political Establishment absolutely FEARED him.becoming Attorney General.

It was totally illegal and unjustified. Everybody involved needs to be fired and prosecuted if possible.

It's a discussion of legality vs. propriety.
Was the raid legal? 100%
Was it proper? Debatable, but the fact that they found the literal documents they were searching for that indicated criminal activity AFTER his stubbornness with the archives, makes it more difficult for Trump

The obstruction portion of that indictment was damning for Trump.
There are some defenses for the documents that could have worked, but teh obstruction was bad stuff.
