How on earth does the president have no idea of the verge title IX scandal?

What makes you think he doesn't? Verge hangs around because he's a political leech. Married into politics and so he fits right into the good ole boys network. Should've been fired a decade ago. He's a good yes man and has all the dirt on LSU.

Go check Ays twitter he just retweeted a report that the president was “unaware” of the verge scandal

I'm not believing anything Moscona says sorry. Even if the AD says something similar I still wouldn't believe that based on Verge's history in the AD. It was already set into motion before the president came in.

AYS is blake Ruffino, not moscona. It was also originally reported by piper Hutchinson who has been great throughout the entire president hiring process

Well, regardless, it's not exactly surprising the president was told to remove this off him as he got in. The PR is terrible and so is the front admin.

Explain what Verge Ausberry's involvement in the "scandal" was?

As I recall, his total involvement was he didn't believe the accuser's accusations. It turned out that neither did the courts.

What's your version?

He isn’t going to say what he knows to a reporter

That he failed to report the allegations he was told by the player as he’s legally required to do. Whether or not they happened isn’t his call. He was obligated to report it but covered it up instead.

I think that's a bit of a stretch for what's "legally required." If he believed the accuser was not credible, then why kick the accusation up the chain of command?

In any case anybody saying Ausberry was involved in the "scandal" is a drama queen claim.

He did not have anything to do with injuring the claimant.

No state employees are required to report and he knew that. But covered it up instead because it was a good athlete.

At this point, just don't allow the new president, chancellor or AD or anyone from their respective offices to field any questions from the media or be around anyone from the press until the next coach is announced.

Both are on par with Laundry's hiring criteria

No, it’s not a stretch. Title IX reporting is extremely strict and requires even heresay knowledge to be reported from second and third hand sources.

He fricked up knowingly and did it to protect his godson who was sexually and domestically abusing another person.

Sure though, keep defending an utter and total POS.

Either he is lying or he is clueless. Either way he is not fit to be President.

The player literally texted VA and admitted to hitting his girlfriend. VA then called the player, who he says recanted his statement saying he hit her. Who the frick admits to something in a text, then in a call says “oh wait I didn’t do what I said in the text.” VA admitted he mishandled the situation and was suspended. Nothing to do with any accusation or accuser. He didn’t do what he was supposed to….period.

Nobody at the governor's office told him about it. They don't tell the puppet why or why not they just say do it.
