Will Wall Street flock to Dallas and Miami?
Texas is clearly gunning for it with Texas Stock Exchange.

I’m pretty sure Galveston was Wall Street before Wall Street or something like that

Why does “wall street” need to exist anywhere? It’s 2025. If Coinbase can do it, so can Wall Street.

West Palm Beach has been angling to be “Wall St of the south” since Covid. South Florida is about to get a ton of new residents.

No. Taxes are already through the roof there and they haven't moved in the past.

Yep.
It’s something people are overlooking.
We’re seeing blue states become more blue and red states becoming more red.
This is a reflection of the polarization in our society.
I have no concern for VA and their swamp infested cities.

Hope not. Nobody should allow NY in. They can fix their mess and not ruin another place. They deserve what they get.

They’ve never been communist high. All it’s going to take is one or two big financial companies to roll out and everyone will follow. South Florida will essentially be the financial capital of the world in 10 years.

NY is about to see a massive economic decline coupled with an explosion of crime. People with means are going to leave, so will companies. The new mayor is on record with his disdain for the police. Why anyone would want to be a cop there, is beyond me. The voters there are about to get the government they deserve.
