I think this is an old story about an injunction being lifted, not a substantive ruling on the merits. I don't think the USSC has even heard oral arguments on this case.

It’s being recycled because they just did the largest transfer over the weekend which is tied to this ruling.

I actually support the aggressive legal approach, but people shouldn't melt if Trump gets smacked down a few times pushing the envelope legally. And for those who don't think this should be subject to any judicial review, I'm sure you would be comfortable with a Dem deciding we are in an invasion/predatory incursion with no oversight.
