I don’t get the lanning hype, all I hear is he’s so organized. You know we else got that title of being super organized and that is Mario Cristobal smh. Bring kiffin our state produces the perfect wrs for his offense. GEAUX GET KIFFIN.

So Cristobal is organized and lost today so Lanning sucks because he is organized too? Makes sense

And lanning was/is never a real candidate

I’d say James Franklin but yeah he’s a good coach but not elite or what he’s hyped to be

Dumbest thing I've heard so far, and that's saying something

Never said Lanning sucks or Cristobal sucks, both are just over hyped because Nick Saban said they are super organized. I really don’t understand people putting Lanning over Kiffin. I’m not saying Kiffin is the goat but he’s definitely a better candidate than Lanning.

Franklin up until this season never lost games to teams he was supposed to beat. Some of these guys like Cristobal keep losing to teams he's favored to beat.

What are Lanning’s 5 best wins since he’s been at Oregon?

I was saying that as a compliment to Franklin and Lanning

Both are better than Mario but just come up short in big games

Yes. Go get a coach who was fired from the NFL and a P5 team and whose only championship is C-USA.

Lanning at best is ok to have him as #1 candidate is a stretch.

What makes LSU great is what’s in the soil of the state. Kiffin’s offensive mind is perfect for what Louisiana produces. Kiffin best attribute is his EYE FOR TALENT. He’s always finding gems. I bet he would find another Justin (2*) Jefferson real quick at LSU. I could really see Kiffin in stands in Edgard, La scouting a hidden gem bank on it.

Bad take. The guy has done way better than Cristobal while both were at Oregon. Lanning is going up against better competition while Cristobal was going up against weak pac 12 teams. Plus Mario wasn’t as consistent

Disagree but I do think it’s splitting hairs. Both are very good coaches

He'll give you total wins, but he won't give you THE wins.

I’m on board with Kiffin but I’m not sure his timeline will matchup with either party

I think Joe Brady is the next realistic target.

People always look at kiffin but don’t look at Louisiana. What kiffin brings and what Louisiana brings is a perfect match. I do believe behind the scenes kiffin wants in. But finding Trinidad may have ruined the marriage unfortunately. Just imagine Kiffin with treydez green and Harlem berry and Payton Houston smh

What Makes Kiffin the best candidate his is resume of both lows and highs

he's on a 4 year cleanse from booze, he eats right, works out everyday, feeling his best ever...

He learned from so many great coaches plus his father is a legend in NFL coaching...

So- yeah, Kiffin is ahead of most coaches by a mile...

Head coaches at Oregon being good is an illusion. You have the best team, resources and assistants money can buy.. it’s plug and play at Oregon..
