Any Experience Lending Securities?

I received the following message from Fidelity.
"Did you know this account could earn you additional income by lending securities you already own?"
From what little I know as the lender I would not receive any dividends paid out and not have a vote. I would still be able to sell my shares anytime I wanted.
Does anyone have any experience doing this?

Been doing with Fidelity for a couple of months and collecting interest. Yes you get your dividends and can sell whenever you want to.
