Pet peeve of mine:

Expressing things that everyone already knows and has discussed ad nauseam as if they're some sort of profundity.

I'm betting he paid for all that food himself.

Not everyone knows these things. The social media generation can barely put two and two together to equal three.

Seeing these points made in rapid-fire succession in the format of a short video, is refreshing for those who already know those things, and enlightening for those who may not have thought of those things from any parallax.

I'd just take it for what it is, man. No harm done, and it's an effective tool and strategy.

Some people actually workout.

*Curious though. As a social media influencer, are his meals considered props for his videos and thusly, become tax deductible? If so, I'm starting up my smoking and food preparation presence next week!
