Some spotty looking CGI, and all the kids look like they're 30 now. But all in all this looks good.

I figure at least a couple of them die. Eleven, Mike, Will (or at least two of the three) for sure. I can see Will sacrificing himself to save everyone while under Vecna's control.
At this point, I can suspend some belief about the age just to get an end to the story. And honestly, while the gaps have been shitty the story has been strong throughout the seasons at least.

Jonathan could (and likely should from a narrative standpoint) die in Part 1. It would provide sufficient motivation for Will to level up, story-wise. That might explain Nancy breaking down with the blood on her hands.

I started a rewatch last week. Nancy Wheeler was pretty hot in S1, then she turned skeletor.
I need to get through the last season before S5 starts, I honestly thought the show finished and I have no clue how S3 and 4 ended.

Yeah
They've performed at Lala a few times now. The difference between the first appearance and now is very stark.
