Since BK and Sloan left. It’s hard to believe they could play worse. I would think with almost 2 weeks to prepare the new staff could come up with some improvements. I know we still have the same OL but I would hope better play calling could help somewhat.

Blocking schemes, chipping and counter blocks would be a great start. Add in better receiver routes and yes they should. A mobile QB is immeasurable.

Defense should be better if Weeks is back plus Simpson isn’t really a mobile threat

He's not getting benched to start the game. Quit with this lazy narrative.

Unless he's done for the season, he will be the starter because he gives LSU the best chance at winning.

Not saying he won’t start but if he plays poorly or is a statue they have to bench him.

Nothing to lose to just open the play book and let it fly. I know with Weeks back and the defense stacked and rested, it will definatly not be an easy win against LSU. LSU plays good their. You will have to see MVB get in the game also at some point. Dual threat has much more success against Bama. Nuss is not a runner and is to one dimensional.

I 100% believe they play with more energy, focus, and determination under Frank.

Vegas thinks so. Bama is only -6 at home against LSU.

He was practicing with the starters yesterday if you watched the Frank Wilson video that LSU posted.

Is Bama's offense in the top 70 in CFB?

If so, Baker won't be able to scheme to slow them down.

Nuss playing? He will shite his pants in BDS

Typically when a coach gets fired, especially if it’s an unpopular one, teams rise up and play very hard. CFB, CBB, NFL, MLB, it always seems to work out this way. If the team is handcuffed with inferior talent, the 2nd game after a coach has been fired is when you see a regression back to the mean. I think LSU has the talent to play respectable football against anyone in the country and wouldn’t be surprised if we play well the rest of the year. I wish Alabama would have steamrolled South Carolina because you can bet they are working hard on fixing some of their deficiencies because albeit they are winning games they are still a work in progress. I think we have a punchers chance versus Alabama.
