How many seats could we net from this? If Mass has zero Republican seats than Indiana should have zero Democrat. Fair is fair.

I dunno about nationwide but the southeast outside of Memphis and Atlanta is solid red if SCOTUS strikes down the VRA

I hope the Republicans create 9 red districts then. If the northeast libs can do it, then so can we.
